About Heuchera Roots - Palace Purple (Coral Bells)

Heuchera micrantha

Seed Type Root

Large, burnished, star-shaped foliage range and transition from olive green to bronze to a luminous deep purple throughout the growing season. Turning the leaves over will present yet another delight—the undersides shine in a brilliant metallic purple. Though Palace Purple Heuchera can tolerate a wide range light conditions, a partly shaded location will help the leaves retain its lustrous colors. Come late spring, expect small, bell-shaped white blooms on slender stems to reach high above the leaf mound.
