About Re-Blooming Bearded Iris - Invitation

Iris germanica

Seed Type Rhizome

This peach and white Bearded Iris called Invitation is certainly tempting with its ice-cream-like bloom. It looks like it belongs in a cone! The white petals at top are extremely delicate and nearly see-through, while the peach petals surrounding the base of the bloom have a more silky essence. One of many colors and patterns, the Invitation variety is a little throwback to grandma's garden - it stands tall and proud but couldn't be any sweeter.
