Veronica performs best in full sun, in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils. It can tolerate partial shade if needed. Its best performance occurs with consistent moisture combined with sharp soil drainage.
How to Plant Veronica Roots
Loosen the soil and mix in compost. Dig a hole twice the diameter of the plant's container. When placing the plant in the hole, ensure the top of the root ball in level with the soil surface. Water thoroughly.
How to Care for Veronica
Water in summer if rainfall less than 1" per week. Keep covered with a thin layer of compost, followed by a 2" layer of mulch to retain moisture. Deadhead your plants to extend the bloom time.
